Our heat sinks have been developed using two different metal elements to optimize the thermal insulation of the brake pad by the brake caliper and its cooling.
The main body of our heat sink is made of a special thermal steel with high thermal conductivity.
The material is first cut by laser and then CNC-milled in our workshops.
The slots serve two purposes: firstly, to reduce the contact surface and secondly, to dissipate the hot air that has formed inside the brake piston by reducing the effect of the hot chamber and the spread of heat in the piston and oil. The main body of the steel sink is connected to a light alloy heat sink, which is made of a special aluminum with high thermal conductivity and has the task of supporting the process of heat dissipation.
