The founder of Nefren, Alessandro Barbero, was a creative person who was always looking for new ideas to produce better brake and clutch linings.
He discovered a revolutionary new adhesive that was to change the manufacture of brake shoes for all time. The adhesive replaced the rivets used to attach the friction material to the brake shoes.
Building on this tradition, Newfren continues to research and improve existing products today.
