Possible payment methods:
We offer various convenient payment options in our online store to make your purchase as easy as possible. The easiest and quickest way to pay is by direct debit (SEPA). We even grant you a payment term of 30 days!
Whether you prefer to pay by credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit or prepayment - we have the right option for you. Your data is always secure and transmitted in encrypted form.

Direct debit (SEPA)
For the LSE direct debit procedure, we require your consent (SEPA mandate) to debit the invoice amounts from your account. If a SEPA mandate has been issued, the invoice amount will not be debited from your account until 30 days after the invoice has been issued!
In the event of discrepancies, complaints etc., the invoice amount can be reclaimed at any time within 8 weeks via your bank.
We reserve the right to charge the costs incurred by us if the direct debit is not honored by the bank due to insufficient funds or for other reasons for which you are responsible.
SEPA-LSE is only possible from the 2nd order and not for guest orders.
PayPal
Pay easily with just a few clicks without entering your bank or credit card details. Simply select PayPal as the payment method when placing your order. After completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal's secure payment form where you can log into your PayPal account. We will receive your payment within a few seconds.
The amount will initially only be reserved in your PayPal account. As soon as we have dispatched the goods, PayPal will be instructed to debit the invoice amount from your account. Your PayPal data will of course not be passed on to third parties.
Credit card
We accept Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA Card. We use the usual high security standards Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. This means that the corresponding authentication processes are carried out quickly.
The credit card data is transmitted directly to the credit card service provider in SSL-encrypted form and treated as strictly confidential. This means that your data is secure and does not reach us or other people.
The amount is initially only reserved on your credit card. Only when we dispatch the goods will your credit card company be instructed to debit the invoice amount from your credit card account.
Prepayment
Of course you can also pay in advance. Your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment (usually two days after receipt of the transfer).
Please wait with the transfer until you have received your prepayment invoice from us. Then state the invoice number as the reason for payment.
You will find all payment information on the invoices you receive by e-mail.
Purchase on account
If you select the purchase on account option in the payment methods in the store, we will pass on the payment processing to a payment service provider. Therefore, please make sure that you do not transfer the money directly to us, but to the bank account specified by the payment service provider.
After receiving the goods, you normally have 14 days to pay the invoice.
Cash on Delivery
When paying by cash on delivery, in addition to the invoice amount and the shipping costs, an additional cash on delivery fee is charged by the parcel service DHL, which we include in the postage amount.
Payment by cash on delivery is only possible with the shipper DHL and within Germany. Unfortunately, cash on delivery parcels cannot be sent to parcel / packing stations.
Cash payment
You want to collect the items from us and pay cash straight away? That's not an issue with us! You can pay old-school with cash in our store.
No card stuff, no digital spirits - just coins and bills. So if your wallet is crying out for freedom, come by and pay as you please - with cash and a smile!
iDEAL
Customers with an account at a Dutch bank can pay with iDEAL. Select iDEAL as your payment method and then your bank from the drop-down menu. Complete the order process by selecting Buy now.
You will then be redirected to your bank's online portal. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Stein-Dinse online store. Your account will be debited immediately after payment.
ALIPAY
With ALIPAY, you can shop with us easily and securely and pay your bills directly from your ALIPAY account.
Use the innovative QR code technology by simply scanning the code we provide - payment is completed in no time at all. Your account will be debited immediately after payment.
WeChat Pay
Do you have a WeChat Pay account? Then you can use it to shop with us easily and securely and pay your bills directly via your WeChat account.
Simply scan the WeChat Pay QR code and you will be guided through the payment process. Your account will be debited immediately after payment.
Due date and tax:
All prices quoted are end consumer prices ex Schwülper including VAT. Dealer customers are shown net prices after logging in. Our invoices are payable immediately without deduction. For purchases on account and direct debit, the specified payment terms apply.
Upon delivery, only the available items will be invoiced. If there are any backorders, these are usually only charged after dispatch. Only with purchase on account, iDEAL, ALIPAY and WeChat Pay will the total amount be collected immediately for organizational reasons.
