MOTUL RBF 660 FACTORY LINE


MOTUL RBF 660 is a fully synthetic brake fluid based on polyglycol especially for racing. Suitable for all brake systems (steel, ceramic or carbon brake discs) currently used in racing. Can also be used in conventional brake and hydraulic clutch systems.

Outperforms conventional brake fluids on polyglycol (DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1)

SPECIAL ADVANTAGES / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Miscible with all DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 polyglycol-based brake fluids, but not recommended.
  • Extremely high dry boiling point of 328°C compared to other silicone or polyglycol-based products allows safe braking even under the most extreme operating conditions.
  • Very high wet boiling point of 205°C compared to other silicone or polyglycol based products allows safe braking even under high humidity or rain racing conditions.
  • Under racing conditions, brakes are subjected to very high thermal stresses, therefore MOTUL RBF 660 should be checked at least after every 2nd race and changed if necessary.
  • Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the ambient air. This reduces the boiling point. For this reason, MOTUL RBF 660 should only be stored under constant climatic conditions, carefully sealed in the original container.
WARNING: Do not mix with silicone-based brake fluids (DOT 5) and special fluids such as LHM. Fluid may attack vehicle paint.
