This adapter is necessary, because the fork ends of the K1200/1300S/R/> are not angled, but round, so that our stand mount (front rocker) adapter, which would otherwise have been used, cannot fit cleanly. A safe jacking up is not possible with the front rocker 2080.
We use the fact that these models have a triangle on the left and right side of the caliper holder. This triangle we take up then with this adapter safely!
A wheel removal or wintering is no problem. This adapter can also be used as radial adapter like 2080I.
Motorcycles without a main stand must always be jacked up at the back first!
