The SMH5's rotary knob and large button provide an intuitive user interface and easy operation even when riding. Navigate through all device functions at the touch of a button. This avoids unnecessary distractions and keeps you safer on the road.

Many motorcyclists want the ability to stay connected on their tours. Bluetooth 5.1 allows hands-free calls and communication with other riders via the one-to-one intercom system with a range of up to 400 metres. At the same time, you are able to retrieve instructions from the navigation device and, when used with an MP3 player or smartphone, listen to music, even together with others.

Excellent sound quality

The SMH5 offers crystal clear, natural sound. It automatically raises the volume in noisy environments, while Advanced Noise Control™ technology blocks out background noise for incoming and outgoing audio. Bluetooth music playback controls offer play, pause, next track and previous track functions. Volume can be adjusted individually for each audio source.

Optimised operation throughout the life of the device. Easy to learn

Up to eight hours of talk time and seven days of standby time are possible on one battery charge. All registered Sena customers have access to free firmware upgrades that ensure the SMH5 is always used with the latest software version. Built-in voice prompts, available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, help you quickly learn how to use the device.

Intercom compatibility across manufacturers

If your companions don't use Sena equipment, the SMH5 uses the Universal Intercom™ protocol to ensure that your devices are compatible with each other, regardless of manufacturer.
