K&N DryCharger are made of durable polyester and are pre-treated through a water repellent process to protect the K&N filter from water or dirt ingress. The DryCharger also traps small dirt particles but slightly reduces the airflow of the filter. Please note: The DryCharger is water repellent, not waterproof. Under good conditions and proper use, the water repellent treatment will last one to two years.
