The Velocity Stack was developed to increase the volumetric efficiency of the engine by allowing more air to flow in, reducing turbulence and improving engine response at throttle opening. The result is increased performance.

Length, taper and diameter are technical details that have a direct influence on power reduction. By finding the right dimensional relationship between these details, it is possible to achieve better performance.

An excellent result over the entire power curve, from the first revs, where the bike is immediately much more willing and responsive, even at 3500 rpm, where it suffers the most, +1 hp of power and +1 Nm of torque could be obtained, and as the revs increase, the gain increases both in terms of net power and torque up to a maximum of +3.5 hp and +5 Nm (in combination with the Mistral sports air filter).

The Velocity Stack, especially for Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 and ShotGun 650, was developed entirely with CAD3D.

The product is installed in the airbox, the installation is simple, takes only a short time and no modifications to the motorcycle are required.
The optimization is completed with the installation of the Mistral racing air filter.

The original side panel must be refitted over the intake manifold to cover the airbox again.
